✿ TERMS & CONDITIONS ✿

By accepting any of my commissions, you are agreeing to my terms of service stated down below:

‣ Artist reserves the right to refuse projects or requests based on content, subject, or other reasons.‣ Artist retains all rights for the work and the work in progresses. This means artist could use it for their own display or promotional purposes.‣ Artist does not allow any art created by them to be resold, retraced, copied, used for NFTS, or used to train AI without their permission.‣ All commissions are personal use unless stated otherwise. Personal use means: display on social media accounts for promotional purposes with no direct monetization such as profile pictures, banners, posts, etc.‣ Client must not claim the work as their own and must credit Artist using their username at the instance of display of the work on their websites, social media profiles, broadcast channels and so on.‣ Commissions are expected to be completed within two weeks or sooner once payment is received. Turn-around time may vary depending on queue or delays. Artist is a full-time student and can get busy during the weekdays.‣ Additionally, artist may need to rest in-between work due to hand and wrists pains. Will notify when ready to work on commission.‣ Depending on the complexity or any add-ons for the commission, the final price may change.‣ Payment will be received via Ko-fi when artist is ready to work. Commission will not start until full payment is made. Clients must not send money before these requests for payment from the Artist.‣ Payment price is in USD.‣ Client warrants they will not issue chargebacks. Refunds are not possible after work has begun unless initiated by the artist.‣ The commission will be depicted on a 2048 x 2048, 350 dpi canvas. Please let me know if you need a different size.‣ There are only two free revisions. If a mistake is made by the artist, it will be honored. Please have a clear reference of your design to prevent any confusion.

✿ COMMISSION PROCESS ✿

To request, please send a message such as, "Hello! Can I claim a slot for a YCH chibi? This is the [expression, reference sheet, clothing, etc...]"

‣ Client will message or email artist to request a slot for a commission. Please include the information below in request:‣ Client must give specific instructions as to what they want to be drawn (Expressions, Clothing, Etc). Please explain as much as you can! Clear visual references are needed and preferred.‣ Once commission is accepted, artist will make arrangements for payment and queue. Do not send payment until artist is ready to work.‣ Client will have access to the progress of each commission being worked on in the queue.‣ A sketch of the commission will be sent to the client via preferred method of communication. There will be a maximum of two revisions t before moving on to the line art stage.‣ Client will check line art and make minor revisions before proceeding to the finalization of the work.‣ Artist will send the work to make any final adjustments as necessary. Please correct colors or small details.‣ The finished piece will be sent through Google Drive link through email.

‣ Please be respectful! Any kindness and patience will always be appreciated!‣ Please feel free to ask for updates on your commission. However, please do not ask everyday. The timeline will be updated to show what I am currently working on.‣ Posting any on social media does not mean I am not working. Please be patient with me.‣ Communicate anything you see fit during this process. Communication is key for a smooth transaction!‣ Please let me know if there is anything you want me to correct for your commission. I will not judge you if you need me to fix anything. I want you to be happy with the final product!
